PT Pintar Data Group built the Prixa app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by PT Pintar Data Group and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Prixa unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

  •  we generally do not collect your Personal Data unless:

  • it is provided to us voluntarily by you directly;

  • it is provided to us by a third party who has been duly authorized by you to disclose your Personal Data to us (your “authorized representative”) after (i) you (or your authorized representative) have been notified of the purposes for which the data is collected; and (ii) you (or your authorized representative) have consented to the collection and usage of your Personal Data for those purposes. In this regard, you hereby acknowledge and agree that third party service providers who have provided health and wellness services to you may disclose to us your Personal Data, and we may collect your Personal Data from such third party service providers, for the purposes as set out in this Privacy Policy; or

  • We will seek your consent before collecting any additional Personal Data and before using your Personal Data for a purpose which has not been notified to you (except where permitted or authorized by the law).

  • performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the Services requested by you; to measure the performance of the Services; to monitor the Services provided by or made available through us; to personalize and improve the provision of the Services; to develop new products and services;

  • to respond to, handle, and process queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from you; to address or investigate any complaints, claims or disputes;

  • to communicate with you to assist you with operational requests (such as, password reset requests);

  • to handle requests for data access or correction;

  • to analyze and understand our users; to improve our Services (including, but not limited to, our user interface experiences); to participate in industry exercises and studies; to conduct research and measurement activities;

  • to train our employees and third party service providers; to monitor for quality assurances;

  • to manage your relationship with us, and to respond to, handle, and to process queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from you;

  • to manage our infrastructure and business operations (including, but not limited to, our technology infrastructure) and to comply with our internal policies and procedures;

  • to conduct due diligence enquiries and comply with the enforcement of tax, sanctions or prevention or detection of money laundering, terrorism financing or other unlawful activities;

  • to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, code of practice, guidelines, directions, orders, instructions and requests from any authorities (whether local or foreign), including any regulatory, governmental, tax and law enforcement authorities or other authorities; to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;

  • any other purpose specifically (i) provided for in the Services; (ii) provided for in any particular product or service offered or provided by us; (iii) described in notices we provide to you from time to time; or (iv) permitted or required by law or the relevant authorities; and

  • transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties (including our third party service providers and agents), and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Singapore or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes.

  • We may also use your Personal Data to send you newsletters, surveys, offers and promotional materials relating to our Services, via various modes of communication such as email, short message service and push notifications. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, please let us know in writing.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We may disclose your personal information to our sub-contractors, agents, service providers, borrowers and members of our group of companies with the aim of providing some services for you for verification purposes only. This can be about the following information:

  • We never and will never sell our clients' data to any unauthorized parties because we uphold the privacy of our clients.

  • We do not give or sell your data to third parties without your consent and clear objectives.

  • We open and use your data only for verification purposes, where this data is provided to the third party we appoint to carry out the verification process.

  • If you provide us with incorrect and inaccurate information and / or we suspect fraud, we can record this in the history of your credibility and may share the information with the appropriate legal entity or the authorities and / or fraud prevention agencies.
